Snowy Peaks Rules & Regulations

  1. A responsible manager is on site, to keep the park, its facilities and equipment in a clean and orderly and sanitary condition.     Steve & Deanna Hill 423-4523
  2. All homes and lots shall be attractively maintained. Management must approve porches, sheds and fences before construction begins. All such projects must be matching balance of the home and completely finished within 60 days.
  3. Rents are due and payable on the first day of the month. Please provide us with post-dated cheques. Rents that are paid late will be charged a late fee of $10.00 per day.
  4. Management require 30 days notice when a tenant plans to move and management will give the tenant 30 days written notice when the management requires a tenant to vacate. Mobile home owners moving from the park are responsible for site clean up.
  5. Please -  no loud parties or excessive noise such as loud music etc. that might disturb your neighbours. Quiet after 9:30 PM
  6. The general space around each mobile must be clean of any garbage. Spilled garbage must be cleaned up immediately. A garbage bin is located next to home #16 for your household garbage.
  7. No auto wrecking or overhaul allowed.
  8. The mowing and trimming of each lot is the tenants responsibility.
  9. No parking on the streets or on the grass. Speed limit is 10 KM/PH for the safety of all tenants. The riding of motorized bikes and snowmobiles within the park is NOT ALLOWED.
  10. Pets are not permitted to run at large.
  11. Shower house is for RV patrons only. Children are not permitted to play inside.
  12. The tenants further agree with the landlord as follows: that any damage whatsoever to the property shall be the responsibility of the tenant, as well as any damage done to any other part of the park by the tenant or any guests or occupants of the premises and also any service organization employed by the tenant. This includes moving into and out of the park.

             All personal property stored in or about the park shall be at the risk of the tenant with respect to loss or damage by any cause whatsoever. The management with not be responsible for any loss due to fire or accident or theft. Owners of the park will not accept any liability resulting from accident or ingress to anyone in or about the mobile home park.   

THE RULES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE AT ANY TIME.
